What HelpDisability is

HelpDisability is a document organizer for SSDI and SSI paperwork. It provides document storage, task tracking, deadline reminders, and general published information about the disability paperwork process. It is not a law firm, not a legal service, and not a substitute for legal advice or representation.

What HelpDisability is not

• HelpDisability does not provide legal advice.
• HelpDisability does not represent you before the Social Security Administration or any court.
• HelpDisability does not select forms, complete fields, or recommend what to argue in your claim.
• HelpDisability does not predict the outcome of your claim or guarantee any result.
• HelpDisability is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the U.S. Social Security Administration or any government agency.
• Use of HelpDisability does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Your use of the service

You use HelpDisability to organize your own documents and track your own paperwork tasks. Any information you enter or upload is provided by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for any decisions you make about your claim.

No warranty

HelpDisability is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gus IT LLC's liability for any claim arising from your use of HelpDisability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms before or after launch. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
